The Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (the EOWW Act) is currently being reviewed by the Office for Women on behalf of the Australian Government.

The EOWW Act requires certain employers to take actions and report on equal opportunity for women in workplaces employing 100 or more people. The review is being undertaken to ensure that the EOWW Act, and the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA), are operating as effectively and efficiently as possible.

You are encouraged to take part in the review by completing this brief online survey. The survey covers your experience of equal opportunity in the workplace, as well as the EOWW Act.  It should take approximately five minutes to complete.
