Northern Territory
There are branches of WEL in all the Australian states and territories. Becoming a member of a state/territory branch automatically makes you a member of WEL Australia. Regional groups recognised by the relevant state/territory branch are also recognised by WEL Australia. The National Coordinating Committee is WEL’s management body, and consists of women appointed by each state/territory WEL. Members of the National Coordinating Committee are appointed on an annual basis and additional members may be co-opted. The National Coordinating Committee coordinates national campaigns and activities for WEL Australia, based on WEL National Policy, via the state/territory branch members. Each state/territory of WEL Australia has its own executive committee and state/territory based constitution and policy. Please use the contact us form to contact the NT branch of the Women’s Electoral Lobby.
