Child Support, Family Law - a new Issues index covering the website

Revised Protecting Children's Interests Post Divorce, WEL Australia Submission to the Senate Community Affairs Legislation Committee, 27 September 2000 so that the index file for the Child Support subdirectory could operate as a Child Support/Family Law index for the whole site. Various other files were updated (including Issues) in creating the new index. The submission was updated and streamlined and permanent redirections were put in place for the pages that were combined.

Someone had to remove the old mobile number and the now-defunct fax number from a few score WEL ACT pages. In the absence of a WEL ACT web editor, and not wanting people to be ringing obsolete numbers any longer than they had to, I did it. As I stated at the December WEL ACT meeting, it was a one-off thing and sets no precedents.
