Women’s Electoral Lobby is celebrating a half century of feminist political lobbying, campaigning and activism. From its ground-shifting national survey of candidates for the 1972 Federal Election, WEL has remained independent and non-party political with a base of  thousands of voluntary feminist activists across Australia.

WEL promotes a society where the participation and potential of all Australian women is unrestricted at all intersections of injustice or inequality.

Join our NSW Parliamentary hosts, Bronnie Taylor, Minister for Women, Jodie Harrison, ALP Shadow Minister and Abigail Boyd, Greens MP, and members and supporters in a conversation: Growing a Feminist Future featuring our special guests Wendy McCarthy AO and WEL Ambassador, Professor Larissa Behrendt and Kittu Randhawa in a panel discussion. Support WEL’s work into a future where gender discrimination ends and women’s rights and entitlements are protected and advanced.
