We will reflect on our key work this year - including our coalition work to protect the strength of our Workplace Gender Equality Act and Paid Parental Leave scheme in the face of a growing gender pay gap, and our campaign to protect reproductive rights across the country. 

We will look to what will be an important year next year with the upcoming Federal Election and WEL's election campaigns on our Women’s Refuges and Housing Program proposal and our continuing Pay Equity campaign.
